In 2008, Gary McClure decided to have a pool installed at his home. Upon doing his research, he realized fiberglass was the only way to go. While searching for a dealer, it became clear no one was focusing on installing fiberglass pools.  And after watching the process, he realized that he possessed the skills to do just that and McClure Pools was born. What started off as a way to keep busy during his retirement quickly grew into an opportunity to become the only true fiberglass specialist in the area.

As the awareness of fiberglass pools became a forefront in the industry, local demand was evident.  Russ and Tara Davison soon joined the family business and continued to help it grow while never losing its commitment to quality.

Russ and Tara are now the second-generation owners and McClure-Davison Pools is the fiberglass swimming pool builder of choice in the Metro Area. The reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and customer service remains foundation for the company’s success.  

McClure-Davison Pools…That’s mouthful!  And an even longer website name! When we purchased the company, we went back and forth but ultimately decided that it was important to add our name. Not because it’s “cool” to own a company, or that we like seeing our name in lights.  It’s simply because of the confidence it instills in our process. We realize by putting our family’s name out there, we can’t hide behind the company. You can be assured that we will do everything we can to provide you with a great pool and outstanding service.   If there is an issue, you can be certain that we stand behind our product and will have it taken care of quickly. Our reputation is everything because it does not just affect our business, but it also reflects on our family.

Our goal is not to be the biggest pool company, it’s to be the most respected pool company – and that starts with the relationship that we build with our customers.  

From the first phone call you make to our company which will be answered by Tara or I, to the final walk-through, we guarantee that you are going to have personal contact with an owner that listens to your needs and addresses your concerns.  We will remain your main points of contact throughout the building process. I will be hands on at the job site everyday ensuring that we do everything that we have discussed during the pre-building stages. Tara will be working with you on the design process and helping bring your vision to life using our state of the art 3D software.

This designation means that we agree to contribute to the health, safety and welfare of the public in the design, installation, maintenance and operation of swimming pools, by complying with all applicable laws, ordinances or regulations and refraining from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive acts or practices.  Pools are our job, not a secondary addition to our company.

An interactive design process that allows you to take the lead in designing your backyard oasis so you’re happy with your purchase before we make the first dig.  Your pool and backyard should reflect your family’s lifestyle, so throughout the design process, we spend a lot of time working with you to make sure our visions are the same.

Your installation is our top priority. We make it a point to not schedule installations that overlap yours, insuring that you have our undivided attention. Our “A” rating from the BBB supports this philosophy.

Our associates attend regular training to stay on top the latest equipment and processes.  You can rest assured that the equipment we install is the most efficient and highly reputable equipment on the market and our crew is armed with knowledge to make sure that your pool will stand the test of time.
